  4. Connect Output-15 to Pin-5 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  5. Connect Pin-13 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Input-14.
  6. Connect Pin-14 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Input-13.
  7. Connect Pin-15 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Input-12.
  8. Connect VCC Port to Pin-2 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
