DeldSim account holders may access the Service by one of our Subscriptions:
Free Service: free of charge service. Only some basic features are available to user.
Premium Service: fee based service which enables you to access all the features of DeldSim without any restrictions.
In the free service you can access website and its services but with some restrictions. All the services are not available to you. You can access only some basic features.
The Premium Service permits you to access different specialize features of DeldSim on your personal computers, mobile handsets or other relevant devices while your Premium Service subscription is active. The Subscription Fee will remain fixed during the Subscription Term.
Trials
From time to time, we may offer trials of the Premium Service for a specified period without payment (a “Trial”). If you register for a free trial, we will make the applicable Service available to you on a trial basis free of charge until the earlier of (a) the end of the free trial period (if not terminated earlier) or (b) the start date of your Premium subscription.
DeldSim reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for a Trial, and to withdraw or to modify a Trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability. If we include additional terms and conditions on the trial registration web page, those will apply as well.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, your personal information, college details, payment details, your billing address.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

Return, Refund and Cancellation
Since DeldSim.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service is activated. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
No refunds are issued after your subscription is activated
All services are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued after you cancel your service.
