Procedure

  1. Connect Input-5 to Pin-4 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  2. Connect Input-5 to Pin-10 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  3. Connect Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to VCC Port.
  4. Connect Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to VCC Port.
  5. Connect Pin-10 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Pin-9 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  6. Connect GND Port to Pin-10 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
