  1. Connect Pin-10 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to Output-1.
  2. Connect Pin-17 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to Clock port of 1Hz frequency.
  3. Connect Pin-11 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to GND Port.
