Procedure

  1. Connect Input-13 to Pin-10 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  2. Connect Input-14 to Pin-8 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  3. Connect Output-9 to Pin-13 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  4. Connect Output-8 to Pin-11 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  5. Connect Pin-11 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to GND Port.
  6. Connect VCC Port to Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
