  3. Connect VCC Port to Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3.
  4. Connect Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to Pin-7 (Ground) of ICBase-1 (74LS11).
  5. Connect Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  6. Connect GND Port to Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3.
