- Add IC 74LS191 into ICBase-1 (74LS191).
- Connect Pin-1 (Input) of ICBase-1 (74LS191) to Clock port of 10Hz frequency.
- Connect Pin-20 (VCC) of ICBase-1 (74LS191) to GND Port.
- Connect Pin-8 (Ground) of ICBase-1 (74LS191) to VCC Port.
