Procedure

  1. Connect Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to VCC Port.
  2. Connect Seven segment display 1 to Pin-15 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  3. Connect Seven segment display 1 to Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  4. Connect Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to Clock port of 5Hz frequency.
