Procedure

  1. Connect Input-1 to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3.
  2. Connect Output-0 to Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3.
  3. Connect Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to GND Port.
  4. Connect VCC Port to Pin-14 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3.
