Procedure

  1. Connect Output-4 to Pin-14 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  2. Connect Input-3 to Pin-15 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  3. Connect Input-2 to Pin-16 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  4. Connect Pin-8 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  5. Add IC 74LS08 into ICBase-1 (74LS08).
  6. Connect Output-4 to Input-2.
  7. Connect Output-4 to Input-3.
  8. Connect Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to GND Port.
  9. Connect Clock port of 0.5Hz frequency to GND Port.
  10. Connect Pin-14 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to VCC Port.
