Procedure

  1. Connect Input-15 to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  2. Connect Clock port of 1Hz frequency to Pin-2 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  3. Connect Clock port of 1Hz frequency to Pin-4 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  4. Add IC 74LS00 into ICBase-2 (74LS00).
