Procedure

  1. Connect Input-0 to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  2. Connect Pin-2 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to Output-1.
  3. Connect Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to VCC Port.
  4. Connect GND Port to Pin-6 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  5. Connect Input-2 to Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  6. Connect Pin-4 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to Output-3.
