Connect Pin-16 (Input) of ICBase-2 (74LS153) to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-4.
Connect Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to Input-2.
Connect Pin-11 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to Input-1.
Connect Clock port of 10Hz frequency to Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-4.
Add IC 74LS153 into ICBase-2 (74LS153).
