  4. Connect Input-15 to Pin-2 (Input) of ICBase-1 (74LS139).
  5. Connect Input-14 to Pin-3 (Input) of ICBase-1 (74LS139).
  6. Connect Pin-4 (Output) of ICBase-1 (74LS139) to Output-12.
  7. Connect Pin-5 (Output) of ICBase-1 (74LS139) to Output-13.
