  5. Connect VCC Port to Pin-5 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  6. Connect VCC Port to Pin-4 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  7. Connect GND Port to Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  8. Connect Input-15 to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  9. Connect Input-1 to Pin-2 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
