Description
a digital circuit that uses four flip-flops connected in a "ripple" fashion, where the clock signal for each subsequent flip-flop is taken from the output of the previous one, allowing it to count up to 15 (binary 1111) by incrementing one bit at a time

- Connect Pin-1 (Input) of ICBase-2 (74LS76) to Manual clock Port.
- Connect Pin-4 (Input) of ICBase-2 (74LS76) to Input-9.
