Procedure

  1. Add IC 74LS90 into ICBase-1 (74LS90).
  2. Connect VCC Port to Pin-5 (VCC) of ICBase-1 (74LS90).
  3. Connect Pin-20 (Input) of ICBase-1 (74LS90) to Clock port of 10Hz frequency.
  4. Connect Pin-3 (Input) of ICBase-1 (74LS90) to GND Port.
  5. Connect Pin-18 (Output) of ICBase-1 (74LS90) to Output-0.
  6. Connect Pin-15 (Output) of ICBase-1 (74LS90) to Output-1.
