Description
we need use a and gate connect terminal 9 to the and 1 teriminal and switch input should be connected to the inverter. the inverter output is connected to the 2nd terminal. Now in another and input connect q complement of the input in terminal 1 and the sitch input is connected as the 2 nd terminal in the and gate . Now take both the output in the and gate .Now conect the output to the 7474 2nd pin.. Lets see the magic
