Procedure

  1. Connect Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to GND Port.
  2. Connect Output-1 to Pin-14 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  3. Connect Input-1 to Pin-16 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  4. Connect Input-2 to Pin-15 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  5. Connect Input-3 to Pin-4 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  6. Connect Input-4 to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  7. Connect VCC Port to Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  8. Connect Output-2 to Pin-6 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  9. Connect Output-3 to Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  10. Connect Input-4 to Output-4.
