Procedure

  1. Connect Pin-18 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to VCC Port.
  2. Connect Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to Output-1.
  3. Connect Output-3 to Pin-17 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  4. Connect Clock port of 5Hz frequency to Pin-11 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  5. Connect GND Port to Pin-14 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
