Procedure

  1. Connect Pin-5 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to VCC Port.
  2. Connect Pin-2 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to VCC Port.
  3. Connect VCC Port to Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  4. Connect Clock port of 0.5Hz frequency to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  5. Connect Input-0 to Pin-4 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  6. Connect Input-0 to Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  7. Connect GND Port to Pin-17 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  8. Connect Pin-19 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to Output-0.
  9. Connect Output-1 to Pin-18 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  10. Connect Input-1 to Output-1.
