  2. Connect VCC Port to Pin-20 (VCC) of ICBase-2 (74LS139).
  3. Connect Pin-8 (Ground) of ICBase-2 (74LS139) to GND Port.
  4. Connect Input-10 to Pin-2 (Input) of ICBase-2 (74LS139).
  5. Connect Input-9 to Pin-3 (Input) of ICBase-2 (74LS139).
  6. Connect Output-4 to Pin-4 (Output) of ICBase-2 (74LS139).
  7. Connect Output-5 to Pin-5 (Output) of ICBase-2 (74LS139).
