1 is shorted with Qa which is pin number 12.And Clock signal is given to pin number 14. 2,3,6,7,10 is Ground and 5 is Vcc.

Procedure

  1. Add IC 74LS90 into ICBase-1 (74LS90).
  2. Connect Pin-18 (Output) of ICBase-1 (74LS90) to Pin-1 (Input) of ICBase-1 (74LS90).
  3. Connect Pin-20 (Input) of ICBase-1 (74LS90) to Clock port of 1Hz frequency.
  4. Connect Output-12 to Pin-18 (Output) of ICBase-1 (74LS90).
  5. Connect Output-15 to Pin-17 (Output) of ICBase-1 (74LS90).
  6. Connect VCC Port to Pin-5 (VCC) of ICBase-1 (74LS90).
  7. Connect GND Port to Pin-2 (Input) of ICBase-1 (74LS90).
  8. Connect GND Port to Pin-3 (Input) of ICBase-1 (74LS90).
  9. Connect GND Port to Pin-7 (Input) of ICBase-1 (74LS90).
