Procedure

  1. Connect Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to GND Port.
  2. Connect Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to Input-0.
  3. Connect Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to VCC Port.
  4. Connect VCC Port to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  5. Connect Pin-10 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
