  1. Connect Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to Output-13.
  2. Connect Pin-8 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to Output-8.
  3. Connect Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to Output-4.
  4. Connect Pin-11 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to VCC Port.
  5. Connect Pin-10 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to Input-15.
  6. Connect Pin-11 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3 to Input-2.
  7. Connect GND Port to Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-3.
