Procedure

  1. Connect Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to GND Port.
  2. Connect VCC Port to Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  3. Connect Output-15 to Input-15.
  4. Connect Input-15 to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  5. Connect Input-14 to Pin-2 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  6. Connect Output-14 to Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  7. Connect Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Pin-15 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  8. Connect Input-13 to Pin-16 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  9. Connect Output-13 to Pin-14 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
