  3. Connect Output-9 to Pin-18 (Output) of ICBase-1 (74LS90).
  4. Connect Output-10 to Pin-15 (Output) of ICBase-1 (74LS90).
  5. Connect Output-11 to Pin-14 (Output) of ICBase-1 (74LS90).
  6. Connect Pin-3 (Input) of ICBase-1 (74LS90) to Pin-15 (Output) of ICBase-1 (74LS90).
