Procedure

  1. Connect Pin-14 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to GND Port.
  2. Connect Pin-5 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to VCC Port.
  3. Connect Pin-16 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  4. Connect Output-9 to Pin-16 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  5. Connect Output-8 to Pin-13 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  6. Connect Pin-8 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Output-7.
  7. Connect Output-6 to Pin-15 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  8. Connect Clock port of 1Hz frequency to Pin-18 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.

  11. Connect GND Port to Input-4.
