  1. Connect Manual clock Port to Pin-6 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  2. Connect Manual clock Port to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  3. Connect Input-0 to Pin-2 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  4. Connect Input-0 to Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  5. Connect Input-1 to Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.

  7. Connect VCC Port to Pin-5 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
