  2. Connect GND Port to Pin-7 (Ground) of ICBase-3 (74LS02).
  3. Connect Pin-1 (Output) of ICBase-3 (74LS02) to Output-0.
  4. Connect Input-0 to Pin-2 (Input) of ICBase-3 (74LS02).
  5. Connect Output-1 to Pin-4 (Output) of ICBase-3 (74LS02).
  6. Connect Input-1 to Pin-6 (Input) of ICBase-3 (74LS02).
  7. Connect Clock port of 5Hz frequency to VCC Port.
  8. Add IC 74LS02 into ICBase-3 (74LS02).
