  6. Connect Manual clock Port to Pin-4 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  7. Connect Pin-15 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  8. Connect Pin-18 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Pin-6 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  9. Connect Pin-19 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Pin-16 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  10. Connect Output-13 to Pin-19 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  11. Connect Pin-14 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Pin-17 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  12. Connect Pin-14 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Output-8.
