Procedure

  1. Connect GND Port to Pin-17 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  2. Connect VCC Port to Pin-5 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  3. Connect VCC Port to Pin-2 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  4. Connect VCC Port to Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  5. Connect VCC Port to Pin-8 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  6. Connect VCC Port to Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  7. Connect Pin-4 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to Input-0.
  8. Connect Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to Input-0.
  9. Connect Output-1 to Pin-19 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  10. Connect Output-0 to Pin-18 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  11. Connect Manual clock Port to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
