  2. Connect GND Port to Pin-16 (Ground) of ICBase-2 (74LS90).
  3. Connect Pin-18 (Output) of ICBase-2 (74LS90) to Pin-1 (Input) of ICBase-2 (74LS90).
  4. Connect GND Port to Pin-6 (Input) of ICBase-2 (74LS90).
  5. Connect Pin-7 (Input) of ICBase-2 (74LS90) to GND Port.
  6. Connect Output-4 to Pin-17 (Output) of ICBase-2 (74LS90).
