Procedure

  1. Connect VCC Port to ICBase-3.

  4. Add IC 74LS151 into ICBase-1 (74LS151).
  5. Add IC 74LS04 into ICBase-2 (74LS04).
  6. Connect GND Port to ICBase-1 (74LS151).
  7. Connect Pin-8 (Ground) of ICBase-1 (74LS151) to GND Port.
  8. Connect VCC Port to Pin-20 (VCC) of ICBase-1 (74LS151).
  9. Connect GND Port to Pin-7 (Ground) of ICBase-2 (74LS04).
