Procedure

  1. Connect VCC Port to Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2.
  2. Connect VCC Port to Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  3. Connect GND Port to Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  4. Connect Pin-7 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to GND Port.
  5. Connect Pin-19 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Clock port of 5Hz frequency.
  6. Connect Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Clock port of 5Hz frequency.
  7. Connect Pin-2 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Input-15.
  8. Connect Pin-4 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Input-14.
  9. Connect Pin-6 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  10. Connect Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to Pin-5 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
