  4. Connect Input-15 to Pin-1 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  5. Connect Input-13 to Pin-5 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
  6. Connect Pin-4 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1 to Pin-3 (Input & Output) of ICBase-1.
