Procedure
- Add IC 74LS76 into ICBase-3 (74LS76).
- Connect Pin-5 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to VCC Port.
- Connect Pin-17 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to GND Port.
- Connect Pin-4 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to VCC Port.
- Connect Pin-20 (Input & Output) of ICBase-2 to VCC Port.
